Jared Jacobson, B.B.A., is the CEO of Jacobson & Greiner Group, a third generation family owned business and owner of J&G Homes.

Today, through Jared’s leadership, determination and vision, the organization has shown tremendous vertical growth, stretching across provinces and encompassing all areas of construction.

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and licensed Realtor, Jared focuses on maintaining the image as a quality and innovative builder.

Off the clock, Jared enjoys managing and coaching minor hockey, traveling and golfing.

Meghan Paradis


General Manager

Meghan Paradis is the General Manager for J&G Homes Ltd and Jacobson Commercial Ltd. Meghan joined the J&G team 18 years ago and has been growing in the construction industry every since. Her experience lies in Commercial, Residential and Multi-Family construction. She works very closely with the entire J&G team from design, to drafting to the crews on the sites. She has always found her strength in project management and estimating and continues to price all of the J&G Homes houses and multi-family projects.

Meghan loves the construction industry and the challenges that it brings. There are new hurdles and lessons to learn each day, and she enjoys the fact that no two days are the same. The fast pace and high stress environment is something she looks forward to with her team.


Sales Agent

Born and raised in Brandon, Holly is by nature a very people person. Whether it be meeting new customers, understand-ing their needs; she always meets and exceeds customer expectations.

With over 18 years of experience in Management, Holly joined the Jacobson & Greiner Group in April 2018 as the Director of Sales. A Graduate of the Class of 2000 from the Assiniboine Community College with a Diploma in Business Administration, Holly has completed various sales and leadership training qualifying her to at present, oversee marketing sales initiative and training, sell homes, assist company heads in promoting sales and encourage and train employees.

Amanda McDougald


Senior Drafter

Amanda McDougald is a senior drafter with J&G Homes and has worked with the company since September 2012. She oversees drawing the blueprints for single family homes, condos and a few commercial jobs here and there.

She is passionate about pairing the perfect home with each client and finding the right plan for her customers’ dream homes.

Jeff Mann

Construction Manager

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in the constriction industry. After joining the J&G Group shortly after high school, he acquired his Red Seal Certification in Carpentry in 2005. Jeff joined the J&G Homes Team in 2012 as in the position of Project Manager. Jeff values forming positive relationships with his team members as well the many sub trades involved and thrives at managing multiple projects, ensuring they are all completed on schedule!

Chad Michalchuk

Project Manager

Chad came on board with the J&G Homes team in 2020 as a Project Manager. He has been a diversified member of the on-site team and has worked on Custom Cabins, Commercial Projects, Renovations and full residential builds. His ability to adapt to any situation makes him a great asset to the team. He works closely with the subtrades and suppliers to get our projects done on schedule and to the quality we strive to achieve as a company.

Tyson Dixon

Project Manager

Tyson has been an integral part of the J&G Homes team since 2012. Starting with the team as a trusted Framer, he grew into Framing Manager and now has been appointed as a Project Manager. Through his years of experience on-site, as a trade, he is able to handle any situation our projects throw at him.

Blake Isabey

Project Manager

Blake Isabey, originally from Hartney, MB, is a Project Manager at J&G Homes. With over a decade of dedicated service to the company, Blake’s journey began as a Level 2 carpenter apprentice, and he steadily climbed the ranks to become a Red Seal Journeyman.

Blake’s role as a crew foreman showcased his ability to lead and help teams consistently meet high industry standards. As a Project Manager, his focus on detail, problem-solving, and clear communication is vital in handling complex projects and coordinating teams.

Blake acknowledges his success to the supportive atmosphere at J&G Homes and the skilled colleagues who’ve been part of his journey. As a Project Manager, he continues to prioritize quality and uphold the company’s standards while delivering top-notch construction solutions.

Scott Gray

Estimator/Project Manager

Scott Gray, is an Estimator/Project Manager. Born and raised in Headingley, Mb, he made the move to Brandon in 2018.

In his role at J&G Homes, Scott collaborates closely with site supervisors, subtrades, and suppliers to ensure that projects are executed smoothly. He is responsible for providing precise and accurate pricing, a crucial element in ensuring the seamless operation of their projects.

With 13 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott has worn various hats and held diverse positions, which have equipped him with the skills and knowledge to tackle any challenge that comes his way.

Scott’s passion for the construction industry is fueled by the opportunity to embrace new challenges and learn something new every day. He finds great satisfaction in witnessing projects evolve from a mere concept to a fully realized, breathtaking reality.



Bryan Bercier

Project Manager

Bryan Bercier, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, serves as a Project Manager at J&G Homes. Born and raised in Forrest, MB, essentially a suburb of Brandon, Bryan has been an integral part of the Brandon community for more than 32 years.

Bryan brings a wealth of expertise to his role, overseeing projects that require intricate coordination with architects, engineers, various trades, and the J&G Management Team. His responsibilities encompass the entire spectrum of project management, from meticulous scheduling and material management to ensuring trade execution aligns seamlessly with project specifications.

A certified Journeyman Electrician with a Red Seal designation, Bryan also holds the position of National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO), underscoring his commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment. His extensive background spans industrial, commercial, and residential construction, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse facets of the industry.

Prior to joining J&G Homes, Bryan spent 12 years as a Project Manager and Estimator in the electrical field, honing his skills and contributing to the successful completion of various projects. His passion for overcoming challenges, coupled with his appreciation for a positive work environment, aligns perfectly with J&G’s commitment to high-quality standards and safety protocols.
