JARED JACOBSON

CEO

Jared Jacobson, B.B.A., is the CEO of Jacobson & Greiner Group, a third generation family owned business and owner of J&G Homes.

Today, through Jared’s leadership, determination and vision, the organization has shown tremendous vertical growth, stretching across provinces and encompassing all areas of construction.

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and licensed Realtor, Jared focuses on maintaining the image as a quality and innovative builder.

Off the clock, Jared enjoys managing and coaching minor hockey, traveling and golfing.

Meghan Paradis

MEGHAN PARADIS

Internal Construction Manager

Meghan Paradis is the estimator/project manager for J&G Homes and Jacobson Commercial. Her job entails bidding projects, pricing change orders, ordering materials, issuing purchase orders and running commercial projects. She also manages the internal team consisting of the estimators, drafters and designers.

Meghan loves the construction industry as everyday her tasks change, and each day brings with it a new surprise and challenge. She loves the fast pace and high stress as the finished project is extremely rewarding at the end.

HOLLY SCINOCCA

Sales Agent

Born and raised in Brandon, Holly is by nature a very people person. Whether it be meeting new customers, understand-ing their needs; she always meets and exceeds customer expectations.

With over 18 years of experience in Management, Holly joined the Jacobson & Greiner Group in April 2018 as the Director of Sales. A Graduate of the Class of 2000 from the Assiniboine Community College with a Diploma in Business Administration, Holly has completed various sales and leadership training qualifying her to at present, oversee marketing sales initiative and training, sell homes, assist company heads in promoting sales and encourage and train employees.

Chris Woodmas

CHRIS WOODMASS

Project Manager / Estimator

Chris Woodmass is an Estimator / Project Manager for Jacobson Commercial. He has 11 years of experience in the con-struction industry and has been involved in many large scale projects in the Westman area.

Chelsea Hebert

Junior Designer

After 5 years in the Environmental field, Chelsea decided to follow her passion for interior design. She received her diploma in Interior Design from the Design Institute of Canada and joined J&G Homes in January of 2021, as a Junior Designer. Chelsea enjoys meeting new clients and helping them create their dream home down to the smallest of details.

Amanda McDougald

AMANDA MCDOUGALD

Senior Drafter

Amanda McDougald is a senior drafter with J&G Homes and has worked with the company since September 2012. She oversees drawing the blueprints for single family homes, condos and a few commercial jobs here and there.

She is passionate about pairing the perfect home with each client and finding the right plan for her customers’ dream homes.

Anna Zapata

Junior Drafter

With more than four years’ experience as a draftsperson, she is adept in technical and architectural drawings, team collaboration, analyzing spatial issues and engineering change requests. She is very enthusiastic about learning and exploring new ideas for new builds and plans for residential homes, in hopes that the realization of the home will bring smiles to the owners.

Ivonne Diaz

Junior Drafter

Ivonne worked for 9 years at Altus Geomatic, specifically in the area of subdivisions, staking certificates, and legal plans.

Now a Junior Drafter for J&G Homes since January 2021, she draws blueprints for single family homes and condominiums. She is passionate about what she does, and has acquired a great professional experience in this year of work.

Mike Handy

Estimator / Project Manager

Mike Handy provides more than 8 years experience in the construction industry. He is one of the members of the residential project management and estimating team, with his primary roles including estimating, scheduling, ordering, and managing subtrades.

Mike has also been involved in managing many medium size commercial projects in the Westman area. Mike is extremely diversified and depending on the needs of the company he can run the project from the site or manage the project from the office.

Mike obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, along with possessing a Bachelor of Business degree with Honours, and a Business Administration Diploma.

His friendly and approachable personality allows him to communicate openly with each client to ensure they are well informed of the project processes and milestones and answer any questions they may have.

Dave Lourenco

Estimator / Project Manager

At 25, Dave joined J&G Homes as a carpentry apprentice and earned his red seal. He then took a brief hiatus and went on to serve Brandon as a Building Inspector. Now back as a project manager, he has brought this expertise to J&G Homes as the in-house code official. Dave’s detail oriented nature ensures adherence to the building code and the development of company wide efficiency strategies.

Jordan Funk

Estimator / Project Manager

Jordan joined the J&G team in 2021 after 15 years of project management in the steel fabrication industry and is responsible for estimating and project management of Jacobson Commercial projects. He has experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional construction and the particular demands these different worksites create. He values building lasting relationships with owners and contractors, creating successful projects for all in involved. He is currently a gold seal applicant within the Canadian Construction Association’s project manager program.

Carlos Alvarez

Project Manager

Carlos started with J&G Homes in 2004 and has spent the last thirteen years as an on site project manager for housing and multi family projects. He works closely with the subtrades and suppliers by scheduling tasks, deliveries and completing quality control inspections. He enjoys the work and he prides himself in keeping a J&G standard for all his projects and ensuring the customer is excited and loves their new home.
