1. Introduction

• In recognition of the outstanding service and dedication of current and past members of the Canadian military community, J&G Homes is pleased to offer a special Military Appreciation Discount to eligible individuals who intend to purchase a new home during the month of November 2023. The following Terms and Conditions govern the application and use of this discount.

2. Eligibility

• The Military Appreciation Discount is exclusively available to active duty and retired military personnel of the Canadian Armed Forces. Proof of service, such as a valid military ID, must be presented at the time of purchase to qualify for the discount.

3. Discount Details

• The Military Appreciation Discount offers:
  • $3,500 towards upgrades for any condo.
  • $5,000 towards upgrades for any house.

4. Discount Exclusivity

• The Military Appreciation Discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts. It is a standalone benefit for eligible military personnel.

5. Application Period

• The Military Appreciation Discount is valid only for purchases made during the month of November 2023. Eligible customers must initiate their purchase process within this time frame to receive the discount.

6. Redemption Process

• Eligible military personnel who wish to avail of the discount must inform J&G Homes’ sales team at the time of the initial inquiry. The discount will be applied at the point of purchase and will be reflected in the final agreed-upon price.

7. Transferability
