Step 1 – Initial Meeting

We will set up a meeting to discuss what you’re looking for in a home, the budget you have and how we can work with you to make your dream home become a reality.

Step 2 – Quote & Contract

Based on your wish list an initial quote will be provided for your new home. At that time any changes you would like are made by the drafting team and priced accordingly. Once all decisions are finalized and approved a contract is drawn up and signed.

Step 3 – Meeting With Our Interior Designers

Now comes the fun part! A meeting will be arranged with you and your designer to begin creating your dream home. From exterior to interior finishes to flooring & fixtures plus all the small things in between; you and your designer will work closely together through-out the build from start to finish.

Step 4 – Construction

Let the construction begin! Our team works closely with local trades and suppliers to build your home just the way you envision it. Your assigned project manager will work closely with all trade partners and design team. Throughout the build we welcome you to come by the site with our team to view your home as it takes shape.

Step 5 – Possession

The most exciting step in the process, possession day! Prior to possession day, your home will be cleaned from top to bottom. You will meet a member of our team at the home and lay eyes on the finished space for the first time (your reaction is our favourite part)! We will walk you through the space and hand over the keys to you!

• Walk through
